• Has previous retail and/or pet care experience
• Has several years of professional work experience and a strong work ethic
• Enjoys learning and continuing their education
• Is passionate about animal health, nutrition, and quality care
• Loves talking with people and providing exceptional customer service
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and works well as part of a team
• Is comfortable lifting pet food and merchandise and staying active throughout the day
