Self-Serve Dog Wash in Waconia, MN

The Self-Wash Nook is by appointment only.

1. Book your 30-minute self-wash session online.
2. A $10 deposit is required at booking (applied toward your total).
3. You will receive a confirmation email or text.
4. Check in at the Self-Wash Nook.
5. Staff will provide all supplies.
6. After your session, check out with staff; we apply your deposit.
7. We handle all cleanup.

Price: $20 per dog per 30-minute session.

Each session includes:

• Private self-wash station
• Premium shampoo
• Clean towels
• Professional pet dryer
• Ear protection wrap
• Staff cleanup

Specialty upgrade shampoos available at check-in.

• Each appointment is 30 minutes.
• One dog per appointment.
• Only one dog is allowed in the wash room at a time.
• Book back-to-back appointments for multiple dogs or extra time.
• Late arrivals end at the scheduled time.

Supervision & Safety:

• Owners must supervise dogs at all times.
• Only one dog in the wash room at a time.
• Dogs must remain leashed outside the tub.
• Children under 12 not allowed; 12–17 must be supervised.

Pet Health:

• Dogs must be healthy and free of fleas, ticks, wounds, or contagious issues.
• Notify staff immediately if parasites are found.
• No skunked dogs until fully treated.

Behavior:

• Aggressive or disruptive behavior may end the session early.
• Staff may refuse service for safety.

Bathing Restrictions:

• No grooming tools: clippers, scissors, nail trimmers, de-shedding tools.
• Only approved shampoos unless staff approves yours.
• Dogs must be towel-dried and controlled when exiting.

Cleanliness:

• Staff handles all cleaning.
• Keep water in tub as possible.
• Notify staff of accidents for sanitizing.

• A $10 deposit is required to book.
